Application forms and deadlines

To be eligible for consideration, you must have completed secondary school studies and be a current or past resident of Concord (MA) or Carlisle (MA), or have attended school in either of these towns. All Scholarships granted by The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle are based on financial need.

All applicants who demonstrate unmet financial need will be considered for scholarships awarded by our affiliates, however we do not consider applications for graduate studies assistance. Unfortunately, late applications cannot be considered

To apply for financial assistance for the 2019-20 academic year please use the appropriate application form:

Deadline: Postmarked by May 1, 2019

      Current College Student

Deadline: Postmarked by April 1, 2019

All applicants, including those who are currently receiving a scholarship from The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle, must submit a current copy of their Student Aid Report (SAR) from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Your application consists of the following three parts which must all be postmarked by:

April 1 if you are currently in college

May 1 if you are a high school senior

1. The application for The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle downloaded from this website.

2. Your official transcript.  Make sure you request your official transcript from your college early enough for them to mail it before your deadline.  We will not accept transcripts postmarked after April 1 (for in college students) or May 1 for high school applicants. Some colleges require several weeks to process this request.  We do not accept non-official transcripts (e.g.; copies, downloads, reprints, screenshots)

3. Your Student Aid Report (SAR) from the FAFSA indicating your Expected Family Contribution (EFC).  You may submit your FAFSA as early as October. You will need to submit your FAFSA application in plenty of time to mail us the SAR before the deadline.  We strongly recommend completing the FAFSA as early as possible.
