Application forms and deadlines

To be eligible for consideration, you must have completed secondary school studies and be a current or past resident of Concord (MA) or Carlisle (MA), or have attended school in either of these towns. All Scholarships granted by The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle are based on financial need.

All applicants who demonstrate unmet financial need will be considered for scholarships awarded by our affiliates, however we have determined that undergraduates will be given priority in funding until their need gap is fully addressed, therefore at this time there is no support for graduate studies. Unfortunately, late applications cannot be considered.

To apply for financial assistance for the 2025-26 academic year please fill out the appropriate online application below:

Important!

All applicants, including those who are currently receiving a scholarship from The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle, must submit a current copy of their FAFSA Submission Summary from the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Your application consists of the following three parts which must all be submitted online by:

April 1 if you are currently in college

May 1 if you are a high school senior

1. The application for The Scholarship Fund of Concord and Carlisle.

2. Your official transcript.  Make sure you request your official transcript from your college early enough for them to mail it before your deadline.  We will not accept transcripts after April 1 (for in college students) or May 1 for high school applicants. Some colleges require several weeks to process this request.  We do not accept non-official transcripts (e.g.; copies, downloads, reprints, screenshots)

3. Your FAFSA Submission Summary from the FAFSA indicating your Student Aid Index (SAI). You will need to submit your FAFSA application in plenty of time to mail us the FAFSA Submission Summary before the deadline.  We strongly recommend completing the FAFSA as early as possible.
